"Vulnerable, naked and unarmed" indeed. I boxed up my genealogy research, papers, photos, hard drive, when I received my stage IV diagnosis. I'm going to get back to it I think, print out the electronic research in case my kids can't access them electronically. Maybe I should take up knitting! :)Carolyn Fraynhttp://artofbreastcancer.canoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6138640911323105852.post-70288019091574215532013-04-13T14:30:39.336-04:002013-04-13T14:30:39.336-04:00Hi! It's completely confidential and it would really help me. They were labeled "In Case of Death" so when she died we were supposed to go through them. She would write little notes about what she wanted when she died - what should be in her death notice, what dress to wear for the funeral, etc. The best one was 'Find the hidden silver, Carol knows' - meaning my aunt Carol who had no idea and apparently it had been moved decades before. It was a great touch to read her thoughts after she was gone. Maybe that would be a good start for you.

On your craft stash, I am sorry but you must be a member of SABLE (Stash Acquired Beyond Life Expectancy), like me. All crafters are doomed from the start. I have no idea what my husband will do with my yarn, knitting needles, and crochet hooks when I am gone.Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14607559482363983911noreply@blogger.com
